Commission Membership
The Commission consists of twelve voting members and one non-voting member.
- Five members of the Santa Cruz County Board of Supervisors
- One member each of the Watsonville, Santa Cruz, Scotts Valley and Capitola City Councils
- Three members appointed by the Santa Cruz Metropolitan Transit District (METRO).
- The Caltrans District 5 Director serves as an ex-officio (non-voting) member.
