Budget, Administration & Personnel Committee
The committee provides oversight with respect to Commission administration, budget, policy, finance, audit and personnel issues and makes recommendations to the RTC on these matters.
Budget and Work Program
Each year the Regional Transportation Commission (RTC) produces an annual work program along with the RTC fiscal year budget and makes amendments to the work program throughout the year as necessary. The RTC submits the annual work program to Caltrans for their review and approval to ensure that the annual work program meets state and federal requirements.

Members of the public can listen and participate in meetings over the phone and through the internet. All access information will be listed on the first page of the meeting agenda.

2021 Meetings
The committee meets at 1:30 pm on the second Thursday every other month as needed. See our guidelines for providing public input to the RTC and its committees. Due to COVID 19 the meetings are currently held via Zoom. Zoom information is included in each agenda.
ADA Participation. The RTC is committed to its compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). Please contact the RTC at least 3 days in advance of a meeting if special accommodations are needed. Participation
Guidelines for providing public input to the Commission either in person at meetings or via email or letters are included at the end of each Commission agenda. This section of the agenda also includes information about Spanish translation services and access for people with disabilities.
Transportation and Parking
As many meeting venues have limited parking for vehicles, participants are encouraged to carpool, or ride a bike or the bus to meetings. Transit trip planning assistance is available through Google Transit and via Santa Cruz Metro Customer Assistance 425-8600. Personalized trip planning for all modes is offered through Cruz511 or 429-POOL.
